Spring is coming!

So far, the weather this month has been kind of wired: we had days where it has just been snowing and other ones with pretty high temperatures, over 0 degrees! (Which in Canada is considered warm) What does all that mean? Spring is coming! I have to admit that after so many month of Canadian winter it came to a moment where I had enough snow and my desire is to feel the warm sun again, (warm, not hot!) which now is happening as days are getting longer again! So the other day I had some time before staff meeting and I used it to go for a little walk on the lake, it was beautiful, just a bright and sunshiny day!

Selection of February

Yes, I have to admit that sometimes I prefer taking just my phone with me and not my camera, to take eventual pictures, and it's just easier: you basically have less to carry or to care and pay attention about. And it's actually not that bad, my new nexus5 has a 8mpx camera, which takes pretty nice pictures even though it's just a phone. So since I haven't published anything new here for a few weeks I decided to upload a selection of phone pictures taken during this month. For example when I stayed at the Banff Springs this week or when I went ice skating on the lake here, just to keep everyone updated ;)
But there is not much to say: another month came to an end, too quickly I believe, it makes me kind of sad thinking about the time I have left here. It's just such a nice experience here, which makes you "grow up" and understand life from a different perspective. "Live the moment", I have to take that more in consideration!

Ice Magic by night

I already shared some pictures of the ice sculptures a few weeks ago, but the real magic comes out during the night! So here we go...
